I met Roland and Amanda a few months ago and we've been planning a fantastic event together. They are so hands-on in the entire process that it makes planning a large scale event seem simple! With great contacts for caterers and all of your event planing needs, it's almost like a one-stop-shop!
The space itself is large enough to host about 250 guests and comes with a sound system, a kitchen, furniture, and more! I asked about hosting a very specific event here and in keeping with that theme Roland and Amanda were very generous about moving walls and arranging the event in a very specific way. It's clear that they want to host the perfect event for you and their willingness to make ends meet helps create only the best and most memorable parties. I can envision this space as a wedding venue, a company party, a birthday party - just about anything can be done here. Can't wait to work with E|M again.

I rented this venue for a private party, and was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the owner, and the amount of customization he allowed us to do. Definitely the most accommodating venue I've worked with over the years, and fairly affordable compared to other places in Seattle. ____________________

Wonderful venue for parties, shows, weddings, classes! The large floor space, stage, and large bar/lounge are perfect for dancing and mingling. ____________________

Comfortable, fun, customizable space for intimate to medium sized events. The gallery's shows of figural, abstract, and sculptural art really enhance the atmosphere.
